BESCHRIJVING
With the transition from the old year into a new, there’s a chance we reflect on what we want to stay the same and what we wish to be different next year; our mind knows very well how our future would preferably look like…In this years Dancing on the Edge we will travel beyond this mindfuck, we’ll move and breathe into the dance of our own truth; we will move from old into new, from one movement into another, from one feeling into another, from one moment into the next… we’ll explore, express, experiment, expand … searching the power of transition in its deepest essence.
In transition we meet our true colours, the truth of who we really are. In moving transition we practice how to live our own truth from moment to moment and in between…
Transition is the moment to moment dance of our liberated heart.
In this workshop we’ll use Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms dance meditation practice of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness as our reliable resource, expanded with Eckhart Tolle-based meditaion, bodywork and teachings. We’ll create a wonderful mixture of dance, bodywork, meditation, creativity, ritual and huomour.
Come and share your beath, your dance, your laughs, your heart, your soul and your inspiration; together as a tribe, we will dance transitions in our own true colours.
