5Rhythms® Dance & Awakened Embodiment Method

UNTAMED is not rebellion.

It is remembering who you are

and no longer betraying yourself.

UNTAMED means undomesticated.

Not corrected.

Not compressed.

Not trained to please, to hold back, to function.

This retreat is an invitation for women and men

to set aside roles, habits and identities built to survive

and return to what is essential.

A space where the body regains its voice

and instinct is allowed to guide movement again.

WHAT WE WILL DO

5Rhythms® Dance

A free and conscious movement practice using the body as a direct path to awareness.

Not choreography.

Not performance.

Not a technique to master.

Through the five rhythms — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness —

participants are supported to:

 •release physical tension

 •restore grounding and vitality

 •develop presence and embodiment

 •reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence

Awakened Embodiment Method

An integrated approach developed through movement, somatic practices and presence-based work.

Focused on:

 •embodied presence

 •sensory awareness

 •authentic impulse

 •balance between structure and freedom

The body is approached as intelligent, not something to fix.

UNTAMED works with vital energy as the force that moves the body and sustains aliveness.

Nothing is acted out.

Nothing is performed.

Nothing is suppressed.

The work is not about pushing,

but about removing what obstructs.
