In the practice of the 5Rhythms we invite all the parts of our body into movement, to the 'One Dance'. Piece by piece we flow and gather ourselves by ‘coming to our senses’. In staccato we put the pieces together, but if we 'hold on too tightly’ we miss the mystery that dwells in the not knowing. So through the practice we learn to trust and invite the rhythm of chaos to be the place we can truly let go, get out of our own way and allow everything to fall together. Unity.
A day workshop to explore how the practice of the 5Rhythms supports us to to find ourselves. Come and join us for this exploration of self discovery in good company for a day on dance with the Birmingham 5Rhythms community.
10am - 5pm. We will take an hour for lunch
