An exploration of how BREATH, BODY and BEAT can deepen our connection to ourselves and to others.

5Rhythms is a practice that opens the way to remember our body's wisdom and anchors our creative selves in the MATRIX OF MOVEMENT: a bone-bopping beat-driven medicine much needed in our world.

There'll be dancing, there'll be music, there'll be fun, there'll be mystery; there'll be a tribe gathered for a day to celebrate, move and be moved.

No previous experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore what brings us together.

Bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes, and the desire to feel how delicious it is to be an embodied human.
