A day of 5Rhythms movement practice with Alex Mackay and Joanne Winstanley

 Let's gather ourselves in, nurture our root systems, breathe life into what may be taking shape 

 Softening our way towards change and emergence, expanding with imagination, welcoming warmth and light, resting and moving in rich darkness, in possibility, in the pause before another turn of the wheel

This day is for tending to roots and soil and wellspring, to what's underneath.
Listening with attentive presence for dreams about to awaken, without knowing or needing to know what may be ripening, or ready to emerge.
Held by our 5Rhythms movement practice, we'll dance for ourselves and in good company, to nourish and welcome what may be stirring and coming to life.

Alex Mackay (UK) and Joanne Winstanley (Canada) are friends who have both danced, taught, and shared 5Rhythms movement practice at home and abroad for many years. 
We are excited to offer this workshop together, and to share our longtime love of the 5Rhythms maps and magic with you.
