BESCHRIJVING

...a disease you could say is so widely spread we don't even notice it as something abnormal. These days we live in the world where not only the mind is separated from the heart, but for most of us body, heart and mind run on three different lanes, in three different directions. Maybe it's not so strange that we so often feel restless, torn, confused...

Our intelligence is not solely located in our heads. We feel and think with whole of our bodies. We all know how our physical condition influences our emotional state, and how our feelings influence the way we think and decisions we make. And so often just looking at someone's posture we can read the tone of their current or lifelong story.

When we dance, the dance isn't happening only in our body. Movement stirs our heart, releases our feelings and our mind is pulled into present moment and open for new and creative ideas and ways of thinking. That opens a pathway for the wholesome intelligence to be awakened and embodied. When our body heart and mind are in congruence, in balance, we begin to feel inner peace, connection to the bigger field, and we once again gain the ability to respond creatively to all that life brings.

On this workshop we'll dance the dance of our body,heart and mind, looking for the ways how to reconnect them and bring them into balance, how to once again become intelligent in a wholesome way
