This workshop is our invitation to you, to open your window and let more light in. In these five days we’ll create a strong container for you to release and unwind, to soften and surrender, to reframe and refresh. We’ll workshop the 5Rhythms maps in the mornings, with Authentic Movement and a chance to Sweat Your Prayers in the evenings. We are delighted to be collaborating and cross-pollinating our work. All welcome!
Pauline van Hezik - The Netherlands - 5Rhythms teacher, constellator, wounded healer, wild woman and coach.
Natalie Poole - Australia - 5Rhythms teacher, dance therapy associate, art teacher, pot-stirrer, mother, and she-wolf.
This workshop is waves level and hours with these 5RTA accredited teachers will count towards your teacher training path.
