We take plenty of time to care for ourselves, to listen to and express our wild hearts, to transform old stories, to nourish our creative souls, and to sweat out our prayers.
The 5Rhythms are fundamentally connected to the wild and wise, feminine rhythms of life. We dance with the girl and the elder within us and welcome everyone in between. No matter what age we are on the dance floor, everyone brings a message, a gift.
On the former Expo grounds known as “Grüne Spielstadt,” there are many enchanted natural shrines, a sound egg, a willow couch, a fire pit, and a small “dome.” There, we will gather for dance sessions with music. Guided by loving instruction, there will also be sessions without music, where we sharpen our senses to the natural rhythms within ourselves and all around us.
