What are you gathering? What are you ready to release? And what part of you is asking to be lived, shared, and embodied?
Join our 7-week 5Rhythms Closed Group which is an opportunity to take your practice deeper, with the same group of people over and extended period. Each week explores a different phase of inner harvesting, guided by one of the rhythms from Gabrielle Roth’s Waves practice: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, or Stillness.
Week 1: GATHERING – What’s here now?
Week 2: SORTING – What’s worth keeping?
Week 3: LETTING GO – What’s no longer needed?
Week 4: RECEIVING – What am I ready to welcome in?
Week 5: HONOURING – Gratitude for the journey
Week 6: EMBODYING – Living the harvest
Week 7: SHARING – Offering it back

Prerequisites: I recommend that you attend at least one 'drop-in' 5Rhythms class with an accredited 5rhythms Teacher.
Teacher Training: This closed group qualifies as 14 Waves hours for Teacher Training prerequisites

Refund Policy
If you cancel 7 days prior to the start of closed group (7.30pm Monday 29th September) we will offer you either a full refund or a credit for a future workshop/group/classes minus a £10 admin fee.
In the event that we have to cancel the class, we will offer you a full refund or credit for a future class.
