BESCHRIJVING

We have become a team in Cowdray; we have 2 teachers Gay Murphy and Nikki  Ashley and we have two enthusiastic and experienced spaceholders; Catherine Stagg Macey and James Hogan**. Gay has been teaching the 5Rhythms for 16years and brings her love and experience to the group. Nikki has been teaching since 2014 and organising and holding dance spaces since 2010 in london.  The whole team is passionate about the 5Rhythms. There are many aspects of this practice and little by little we encourage you to explore them when they comeup for you in a session, whether it is a spaceholder event or a taught class. The teachers present this practice as a tool for life and living; a gentle way of bringing consciousness into what had been unconscious and bringing up the possibility of change and creativity. This is a very welcoming group and steady followers of the 5 rhythms practice.

** a spaceholder session is one with no teaching, except for naming the rhythms and where you can practice the joy of dancing freely to great music.
