Earth, fire, water, air and ether are the essential elements of all creation.
Moving with their energies we remind ourselves that we too are part of the natural order and intimately interwoven with nature.
Dancing within the elemental map of the 5Rhythms® movement practice we will cultivate an embodied knowing and relationship with each element.
We will dance with the earth, with the winds and waters, with the ember and flame of fire and the etheric parts of ourselves that shine from our deepest Self.
Come and join me in this journey into embodiment and wholeness.
