For these Tuesday's - May 27 & June 3, 10 & 17 the Light Waves class will be at 75 Reid Street from 5:45pm - 7:30pm. We no longer have sound restrictions so silent disco headphone hire and booking is not required.Moving Essence weekly classes have been affected by an inconsistent, constantly changing timetable of renovations, so we will update when we know the return date to at our regular home St Brigids Hall.
For those interested in the 5:45pm – 7:30pm Light Waves class, this will be offered as a Silent Disco at 75 Reid Street.
Park at St Brigids and enjoy a 10 minute walk to these weekly classes, offered in a new place.
Tuesday 7:30 - 9:30pm. Cost $25
This class is Melbourne’s longest running weekly 5Rhythms class. A dynamic class offering a Warm up, welcome and teaching theme followed by a longer, deeper guided 5Rhythms Wave.
Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.
