DESCRIPTION

On May 20, 27 & June 3, the 5:45pm – 7:30pm Light Waves class will be offered as a Silent Disco at 75 Reid Street). This class costs $5 more to allow for headphone hire.

The 7:30pm – 9:30pm Tidal Wave at 75 Reid Street is a drop in class, no booking required.

People who usually attend the Light Waves Online class, we are providing a recorded class series, so you can keep up your weekly dance practice at home.

This location allows our regular dancers to park at St Brigids and enjoy a 10 minute walk to these weekly classes, offered in a new place!

We are able to offer this event with the help of Guru Dudu’s Silent Disco Tours.

Tuesday 5:45 - 7:15pm.  Cost $20

A gently guided 5Rhythms class that awakens energy through a guided moving meditation on the body and a 5Rhythms Wave. Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.
