5Rhythms came into my life when I really needed to feel rather than understand, to step out the mind and get back to the body. This language of movements gave me at first a safe place. A space of truth and awareness, where I can traversing and facing what is present, without having to name it but just put it in motion. 5Rhythms path transforms me physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually day by day.

Through practice, I explore presence, no good or bad just human being, resilience and impulses : the body knows before the mind. The wave has become for me : a place of connection, regulation, deep listening, and grounding, but also fertile ground to grow, explore and transform. In our dance our body become an incredible resource for expression and creativity. For me, 5Rhythms open a window to be aware of our environment and how we can be fully ourself and enjoy it.
