I have been dancing 5Rhythms since 2007 and in 2018. I became a certified teacher...

so I could share this movement practice as a profound, healing, supportive and liberating way that can enrich our lives and our communities. Alongside,  I learn about “the body/soul/spirit relations” through different psychotherapy schools that are offering a large perspective on trauma work and somatic, which supports my teaching and me as a teacher. 

I care about your presence on the dance floor and I keep the space safe for you to melt your armors, to shine your light, to find the way through the body, to feel free to rest in who you are, to connect from the place of your truth, to breathe...moving from the ordinary to the mystery. I feel honored to witness how your movement offers the space for your creativity, challenge and healing and...
