Patty is a travelling soul and the only Greek 5Rhythms® Teacher in Greece certified by The Moving Center NYC.

She is known for her wild, deep and eclectic Dj sets during her Waves®, guiding attendants to ecstatic bliss and 

powerful dances, release and sense of Freedom.

She applies the practices' disciplines to passionate groups in

 the form of weekly or bi-monthly classes, workshops and retreats in various locations

 (5Rhythms movement meditation, conscious movement), 

to companies through team building offering mindfulness

 and moving meditation programs and to random groups 

during wellness or music festivals. Her teachings bring 

positive results to individuals, groups and the community as a whole. 

Each class or workshop differs from the other as Patty aims to serve

 the groups' needs using  the medicine tools given to her during her 

10-year ongoing training process.
