Freelance dancer, performer, dance mediator and researcher

Interdisciplinary (life-)artist, (diploma '02, Alanus university of arts and social sciences) experienced art investigator (e.g. Art & Exposition Hall of Germany) & art therapist (dipl.) as well as mother of 2 teenagers.

She has been dancing, painting & performing the 5Rhythms since '03 and has been teaching (also internationally) since '18 (Waves®, 5RTA, ICMTA).

Sonja embodies the magic of the 5Rhythms in a lovingly creative way and wisdom. Full of madness and deep sensitivity, she holds a space with clarity and experience where trust comes easily.
