A warm welcome to this residential workshop at the wonderful retreat center Kullåkra in the countryside in Skåne, Sweden.

There will be time for dancing, witnessing, sharing, touch, contact with nature, silence and rest. A nourishing weekend on many levels!

This is a retreat for you who want to connect and invite listening to your body, to your body language and for the fascination of your dance and your inner world. You'll get to come close to yourself and do it together with others. Allowing ourselves to blossom from the inside out and from the ground up, together.

If the weather allows, we will move in nature with silent disco headphones. To move outdoors opens up new connections with nature, to move and be moved by nature and to dance with all our senses.
