In early January, you are invited to a deep dive into the 5Rhythms where we have 5 full days to listen to the wisdom of the body and our path forward. The 5Rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, each rhythm is a way of being in the world. The dance floor becomes a movement laboratory where the whole you is given space for exploration and spiritual expression. What happens on the dance floor gives direction to what happens in life at large. We will look back at the year that has passed, we will look forward and above all we will move consciously in the magical present moment, held by the inherent energy of the 5Rhythms.
