The archetype of the shapeshifter has the ability to change. We all have the potential to bring forth different versions of our untapped selves and to expand beyond our habitual identities. Summon your superhero or avatar. You might even need to temporarily wake up your inner villain to move blocked energy. A masquerade will only last as long as long as our lies so we

invite you to dance into the unseen truth.

The 5Rhythms® movement practice offers maps for healing and a pathway to our infinite inner source. They lead our being from fragmentation into wholeness, from feeling imprisoned in our identity to states of profound freedom. In this workshop we will create simple masks to help bring our shapeshifter to life. Instead of masking to hide or cover up, we will reveal and strengthen aspects of ourselves that we wish to embody, birth or grow.

Come and join us for this playful yet transformative weekend on the cusp of the year. Together we can embody the change we wish to see in the world. This is Bettina’s and Evangelos’ first time offering this workshop in North America. Every body is welcome.
