TOGETHER I 5 day residential | Summer Workshop

Summer is a calling to the fullness of nature, and through the 5Rhythms we can explore the luscious vibrancy of being human.

An enlivening of international community, beyond the borders of the ordinary and into the space of the unknown.

This 5 day residential Waves workshop will be a celebration, re-source, ceremony and shared healing journey.

Feeling the lightness of being and deepening of togetherness.

About the residential:
The retreat house where we will stay and dance is surrounded by the gorgeous Catalonian nature. Abounding with green areas to relax and recharge, it also features an outdoor swimming pool to keep our bodies fresh. The perfect spot to enjoy the Spanish summer.

We will, of course, be nourished by 3 meals per day from the in house kitchen - vegetarian and meat options available.
