BALANCE & HARMONY - At this mid-point between mid-Winter and mid-Summer in the Northern Hemisphere we tune into Balance and Harmony in ourselves and in our Dances

On Sunday, 22nd March 2026, we will gather together on Zoom, from 3pm to 4pm GMT (10am Eastern or 7am Pacific) for a mid-Spring 5Rhythms movement session.

THIS SESSION WILL BE RECORDED SO IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE LIVE EVENT, AN AUDIO RECORDING OF THE EVENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTERWARDS, ON REQUEST, BY EMAIL

BALANCE & HARMONY is a space for us to connect with our mid-Spring dancer within and to let them have space to connect with the creativity, fertility of this time of the year.

Bring a candle to light together.

This is going to be a special gathering of people from across the time zones. I am honoured to hold this space for you.

The session will be recorded and available post-class, on request, by emailing me.Jenny has been moving with this practice since she found her way into a class in Galway in June 2000 and she trained with the founder, Gabrielle Roth and The Moving Centre in 2007. She continues to dance regularly for her own enjoyment and exploration. She is thrilled to be back teaching and holding a space in Limerick.
