We are excited to host visiting 5Rhythms teacher Jeffrey Boynton (USA) in Vancouver for an evening of bold expression in the dance.

I practice most days in my home studio and experience this transformational opportunity through the lens of every teacher I can access. I’m excited to hold space for Circles of Inclusion in Vancouver, guiding an exploration of all that moves us—subtle and bold, familiar and feral.” - Jeffrey

Jeffrey Boynton is a certified 5Rhythms Teacher and Member of the 5RTA. Jeffrey has been practicing 24 years and teaching since 2014. He holds a generous grounded space of gentle masculine presence for each of us to find our feet on the path of alignment between what we think, what we feel, and what we do. The gift of this alignment and awareness is increased personal and communal resilience, a vital resource in this age of Chaos.
