EMBODIMENT is a movement meditation space to reconnect with your body, your breath, in devotion to your inner self, and an invitation to be more present with what is, to express through movement what needs to be expressed, to transform, and to find some sort of completion through the dance.
Each Monday, we join together online to celebrate life and our inner potential, prepping our nervous systems to tackle a new week with a refreshed energy.
