5Rhythms® Emerging Waves

I invite you into a welcoming space to explore the 5Rhythms® through simple, accessible, and heart-centered guidance.

Together, we journey through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, discovering how movement can awaken creativity, deepen awareness, and reconnect us with ourselves.

This is a moving meditation where there is no right or wrong way to dance. Whatever you are feeling is welcome. As the body moves, tension can soften, emotions can find expression, and new possibilities can emerge.

Emerging Waves offers an opportunity to listen to your body, move with authenticity, and connect with others in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Through presence, curiosity, and embodied exploration, we create space for growth, transformation, and community.

No previous experience is needed.

All bodies, ages, and levels of mobility are welcome.

Iris Goncor is currently participating in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher.
