Leave the week behind and start your weekend with the beat of the 5Rhythms wave.  Join us for Friday Rhythms, a 5Rhythms® class of movement and exploration. In each class we move through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness to connect more deeply with our bodies and ourselves.

every other Friday evening in February and March 2025:

7.00pm-9.00pm. (doors open 18.45)

PRICES

* 20€ with advance payment and registration (latest day before class via Paypal, MBWay or IBAN - include your name and date of class)

* 25€ drop-in

PRACTICAL INFO

* Bring soft, comfortable clothes and a water bottle.

* We dance barefoot or in soft “inside” footwear.

* Classes will be taught in English

* Each class will be taught by Adam or Susanne (or both)
