These hidden aspects of our being are waiting to be reclaimed so that we may experience the wisdom of our wholeness.
These parts of ourselves hold the key to awakening untapped possibilities.
When we become afflicted by boredom, inertia and resistance we get stuck yet when we move with this shadow of flowing, we rekindle the power of our own momentum.
When we get frustrated, tense and feel alone we struggle to expresses whats going on yet when we move with this shadow of staccato we reclaim our ability focus and get into action.
When we face confusion and overwhelm we can become overly controlling or self-destructive yet when we move with this shadow of chaos we reconnect to our intuition.
When we find ourselves distracted we can become spaced out and distant yet when we move with the shadow of lyrical, we revive our ability to attend to what matters to us.
When we feel hopeless, we can become numb and frozen yet when we move with this shadow of stillness, we reclaim our connection to the world.
There is no good or bad here - rather there is our awareness or - lack of it, and as we become aware we open up to our wholeness, our completeness, our oneness.
In this 7 week course you will move through the shadows map of the 5Rhythms, creating opportunities to let the light shine in on new dimensions of self-discovery, reigniting your power and enabling your beautiful glorious self to show up!

Refund Policy
If you cancel 7 days prior to the start of closed group (7.30pm Monday 9th October) we will offer you either a full refund or a credit for a future workshop/group/classes minus a £10 admin fee.
In the event that we have to cancel the class, we will offer you a full refund or credit for a future class.
