This event is for any man who wants to move. It is a unique opportunity to stand in our power as we connect with each other and the dance, balancing the yang energy of clear direction with the yin of flow and receiving. It’s a chance to align the body, heart and mind in the simple yet deep celebration of movement. If you haven’t danced in an all male space before, you may find deep gifts arise in exploring and embodying more of our true potential as men.

All men and boys welcome. Doors open at 7pm. Warmup from 7.15pm. Class starts at 7.30pm.
