I'm and accredited teacher of the 5Rhythms, having trained with Jonathan Horan, son of Gabrielle Roth, in 2014. With over twelve years of teaching experience, I also serve on the teacher training faculty, guiding trainee 5Rhythms teachers on their journeys. 

Born in Africa with Indian roots, I grew up in London and now live in the Algarve, Portugal with my family. I speak five international languages and contiinue to be shaped by a spiritual practice that began over twenty years ago through seated meditation-and experience that deeply informs my 5Rhythms teaching. 

My work invites people to embody the moment and to trust their own bodies and spirits as their greatest teachers.
