NEW: £10 TRIAL CLASS IF THIS IS YOUR FIRT TIME AT MOMENTUM!

The will be an opportunity to gain a deeper intuitive understanding of the 5Rhythms practice and what a huge difference dance can make to your life.

This two hour class will include some time to warm-up followed by some simple exercises to help you to deepen your relationship to each of the 5 Rhythms - Flowing, Staccato ,Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness and how to apply these leanings to life.

There will also be opportunities to take all of this wisdom that you will discover into a 'Wave', i.e. dancing though all of the 5 Rhythms to music from start to finish.

All ages and physicalities are welcome. Absolutely no prior dancing experience required. Newcomers and experienced dancers alike will definitely benefit from this fabulous way to start the week!

Tickets: Sliding Scale £14-£22 plus £10 trial class ticket if this is your first time at Momentum
