BESCHRIJVING

While a seemingly simple process, the 5Rhythms® practice facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self -imposed limitations and isolation into new depth of creativity and connection.

A Wave is a movement journey through the 5Rhythms ~ Flowing ~ Staccato ~ Chaos ~ Lyrical ~ Stillness ~ and is combined with some uplifting and inspiring music. Each Wave is different, reminding us of the fluidity and ever changing aspect of life.

All new-comers are welcome. There are no steps to follow. Bring your friends and your willingness to move, comfortable layers of clothing, and a bottle of water.

This is a non verbal practice, so dancers are asked to leave their conversations at the door.

Catherine Bessin and Judit Juhász are accredited 5Rhythms teachers based in London, and are partnering under CJ DANCE COLLECTIVE, to hold a safe space for a transformative journey through the Rhythms.
