BESCHRIJVING

I am so excited for us to dance  EVERY MONDAY together through this journey of

Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness…

Rhythms that have taught me so much and continue to reveal so much.

- A circle that opens

- A body that remembers

- A dance to return home

There are no steps to follow, no forms to copy…

just a return to the simple, to the true,

and allowing movement to arise from within.

A space to give space to what is alive in you,

to release, express, or explore yourself.
