No steps to learn. Just move, breathe, and be moved. 5Rhythms is a journey through Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness – a wave of energy that allows you to release, recharge, and rediscover yourself.

Dress to sweat. Bring water. All are welcome.

No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience necessary.

ABOUT AJAY RAJANI:

Ajay is an accredited teacher of the 5Rhythms, having trained with Jonathan Horan, son of Gabrielle Roth, in 2014. With over twelve years of teaching experience, he also serves on the teacher training faculty, guiding new 5Rhythms teachers on their journeys.

Born in Africa with Indian roots, Ajay grew up in London and now lives in the Algarve, Portugal with his family. He speaks five international languages and continues to be shaped by a spiritual practice that began more than twenty years ago through seated meditation-an experience that deeply informs his 5Rhythms teaching.

His work invites people to embody the moment and to trust their own bodies and spirits as their greatest teachers.
