5Rhythms® class is a 2 hours movement meditation practice taking you through the rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and all the way to Stillness. We start with a warm-up, then a brief introduction of the 5Rhythms, followed by a lightly guided Wave.
What to bring with you: comfortable outfit for free movement, water bottleWe dance barefoot or in light dance shoes
No previous experience with 5Rhythms® required.
