In the dance of 5Rhythms there are different ways to connect with yourself and others. - The Social: We enrich and use our senses and especially our eyes to meet. - The energetic. We pay a lot of attention to our energy world and make contact with others in a way that is invisible to outsiders. In this two and a half hour class we will experience both ways and discover the benefits of both worlds.
