I'm a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training, based in Dordogne, France. Mentored by Hannah Loewenthal and Richard Wiltshire.

As soon as I learned to walk, I danced. Every time I stopped dancing, life brought me to dance. 5Rhythms® found me when I was lost and then all changed.

Through the 5Rhythms I rediscovered love for myself and my body. This practice has helped me in my recovery; daring to be me, meeting others without fear, opening myself up. Then I was born again.

I found my language there, my freedom, my soul. And now, 5Rhythms® accompanies me every day and I need it as much as the breath. It's my refuge, my roots, my family.

I'm filled with gratitude for this practice, for Gabrielle Roth and all my teachers.

I want to offer you a safe place of freedom, as I have found it, to have the opportunity for a timeless experience. A moment fully in tune with yourself, your body and your breath. A permission to allow the expression of YOU with this beautiful body.
