I'm a  5Rhythms® Teacher in Training based in Dublin and mentored by Ajay Rajani and Nikki Ashley.

I started 5Rhythms with Caitríona Nic Ghiollaphadraig in 1998 and kept coming back as this practice continues to be the most extraordinary gift and resource and community in my life that has led me to America and Europe too, experiencing the global reach and cultural diversity of this community.

Dancing in the Wave brings me out of my head and right into my bones and my flow, finding all of the vitalness and aliveness going with surrendering to my dance and connected to all of the other dancers on the Wave. Each of the Rhythms and 5Rhyhtms maps reveals layers of insights and wisdom ongoing by creating boundless space for curiosity, creativity, so much joy, beautiful connections and deepening trust following my feet.....

The simplicity and focus on the breath and body parts of the  Emerging Wave class emphasises the physical practice of the 5Rhythms, dancing in the Wave and reflects so well this quote from Gabrielle " Between the head and feet of any given person are a billion miles of unexplored wilderness"
