My passion and path during 25 years has been int the field of body, mind, heart awareness and embodiment through dance, movement, massage, breath work, authentic movement, contact improvisation, yoga, shamanic work and vipassana meditation. I am trained in both the Waves (2004) and Heartbeat map (2010).

I am also an Open Floor movement teacher (2005) and Libido teacher (2018). My background also includes university studies of dance and movement therapy, social, health and education science. You can read more about me here
