My focus is on the core connection of feet and breath, this engine of the body central, house of spirit, home for a beating heart and wonder-filled mind. Propelled by the question 'how" we enter each rhythm, we find answers to other questions, putting out bodies in motion, letting the feet lead, our core do the "thinking", and riding our breath. By moving together our possibilities become bigger. The breath moves through us all, moves us all. We find our place and our partners on this journey.
