I came to my first 5Rhythms class feeling a strong, undeniable pull, and a lot of nerves. I didn’t know what to do or not do, how to move, or what I was walking into. And then… the music began. The invitations were simple and spacious. Something loosened. I was swept away, not out of myself, but deeply into myself.

In that moment, I recognized a soul-level knowing. I had found my path and my personal mission to bring free movement to all parts of society. 

As a 5Rhythms teacher, DJ, Embodiment Coach, and Founder of Dance Your Ability Therapeutic Movement Foundation I  use my love of music, movement, ritual, and nature to create spaces where all can experience their own unique dance and magic.
