ALMA ELECTRICA es un laboratorio de vibración. Un workshop donde vamos a cargar los hilos de nuestra vida i enchufarnos a la poderosa energía de la danza y de este mapa de los 5Ritmos.

Abraza la historia, enraizate en la práctica, tu tienes el poder de dar el giro inesperado, transformar y tomar las riendas de tu propio lenguaje.

Gina, Nico y Tim se formaron juntos en 5Ritmos y su pasión y entrega a la práctica abrió el espacio a crear este taller juntos, Itinerando entre sus 3 ciudades, Nueva York, Londres y ahora Barcelona. Taller en Inglés y Castellano

Un taller para explorar el Mapa de los 5Ritmos y como su lenguaje es un catalizador de nuestro propio lenguaje, de nuestra propia danza, de nuestra propia Ola. No necesitas experiencia previa y todoo todoo lo que traes es bienvenido.

ELECTRIC SOUL is a laboratory of vibrancy. A workshop where we’ll charge the threads of our life and plug into the catalysing energy of our dance and diving deeply into the 5Rhythms map.

Embrace your story, root yourself in the practice, do the work, be the plot twist.

The workshop will be held in English and Spanish.

Gina, Nico, and Tim trained together in the 5Rhythms Teachers Training. Their shared passion and dedication to the practice opened the space to create this workshop together, moving between their three cities: New York, London, and now Barcelona.

"Dance to the beat of your own heart, and the world will learn your rhythm."

A weekend workshop to explore the 5Rhythms map and how its language can act as a catalyst for your own language, your own dance, your own Wave. No previous experience is needed, but as always everything you bring is welcome.
