CREATE - A 5Rhythms® 1-day workshop with Ajay Rajani


What is it?

What does it mean to create? To make something from nothing. To find a new way, to break (the) dance.

The aim of this 1 day Waves workshop is to create new forms, patterns and shapes using the map of the 5Rhythms. 

We will explore movements that you have never made before. Inviting in the dance of the unknown. 

Is your flowing stronger one way than it is the other? In staccato are you able to completely feel your edges?

Can you fully drop your head into the depth of chaos? How do you trust your hands into lyrical?
Are you still moving - here? 

Moving through each rhythm exploring the easy and effortless dance into the challenging edges of the unknown to CREATE!

We hope you come and join us for this 1 whole day of the 5Rhythms, especially if you’ve only been to drop-in’s.


Who?

Ajay Rajani is an accredited teacher of the 5Rhythms who trained with Jonathan Horan, son of Gabrielle Roth, in 2014. Ajay was born in Africa with Indian roots and grew up in London, England where he thrives in a diverse, multicultural community speaking five international languages. His spiritual journey began over a decade ago with a strong practice of seated meditation and this continues to inform his 5Rhythms teaching where he inspires embodying the moment and allowing your body to be your greatest teacher.

Ajay is an accredited Teacher of the 5Rhythms and a member of the 5 Rhythms Teachers Association (5RTA). 

All class and workshop hours with Ajay count towards the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Waves prerequisites.

Prerequisites?

No experience and prerequisite required. Just your curiosity, commitment to be present, and open heart. 

Please wear something comfortable to move with and bring a bottle of water.
