The 5Rhythms practice is always a homecoming, a returning to the home of the body and to the dancer that resides within. In this workshop we'll devote time and energy to following the body as it is in this moment, moment by moment. Not as we wish it was, not as it once was or how we hope it'll be in the future, but right here, right now. Gabrielle Roth famously asked 'do you have the discipline to be a free spirit?' and in this workshop we become disciples of the body, devotees of the dancer within, practioners of freedom.
