Spring is here, seeds are sprouting.

New lives emerge from the darkness of the earth.

Nature awakens from its dormant state.

Tree sap flows again. Inertia gives way to movement. Stillness finds a new flow.

What does nature awaken in us at the dawn of this new season?

In this 2.5 day workshop, supported by the 5Rhythms map, we will explore in movement, with sacred rituals, tapping into the shadow side of the rhythms this very special time when nature awakens and likewise we will tune into our awakening nature.
