BESCHRIJVING

A weekend to explore the foundations of the 5Rhythms map and discover how they can help us root into our presence and soul, opening us to the mystery that surrounds us. Through dance and the practice of the 5Rhythms, we re-inhabit our bodies, our senses, and our most intuitive selves.  

It is in this return to the mystery within us that we can embrace dance as a meditative practice—a return to the sacredness of movement, elevating our gestures and breath to an eternal offering, a prayer, an endless conversation with the spirit.  

In this workshop, Gina Espinosa will be joined by Marcelo Schnock and Rubén Segal—musicians, dancers, and artists—who will accompany the practice with live music. Together, they will guide us into the co-creation of the moment, weaving space, language, music, and dance, movement and vibration—ultimately creating the RITUAL.
