In this workshop we will start the incredible experience of learning with the body.

The information , if you don't go through the experience doesn't become knowledge.

Dancing the 5 RHYTHMS WAVE we will make the journey of connection , recognition , and liberation of the body in space and in movement.

We will dance leaving the mind to rest , following the sensations of the body , feeling that in our personal dance we expressed the experience , not the information.

Our body is our instrument to learn, to evolve , to change , to grow , to create , to lead .... we need a connection between mind and spirit , we need to appreciate the congruence and integrity those who live fully.
