Join me for a deep dive into the body and the 5Rhythms as I return to my teaching roots, and the somatic wave.


This somatically focused class invites you to explore the wave through the living intelligence of your cells, tissues, and inner landscapes. When we drop into the process of somatisation, the dance becomes a path of healing, creativity, and reconnection - opening the door to altered states, euphoric moments, and the magic of moving from within.



Join the whole series, or come casually. We'll be working through the systems of the body, including cellular sensing, organs, fluids, nervous system, immune system, skeletal system and the endocrine system. All welcome, no experience needed - just a willingness to dive in!

AANTEKENINGEN

 Your facilitator: Natalie Poole - I'm a certified 5Rhythms teacher offering Waves and Heartbeat levels, as well as a Dance-Movement Therapist (Clincal Supervisor and Professional Member of the DTAA). As a Somatic Movement Educator (BMC), I have been co-creating new maps for exploration and research whilst maintaining my ongoing practice and training in Body-Mind Centering. With a teaching degree, and a Masters in Narrative and Community Practice, I offer a multiplicity of ways for you to use the 5Rhythms wave for your own personal development and growth.
