The Rhythm of Chaos invites us to surrender and cultivate serenity. We are a part of something larger then our individual self. Here we break through isolation and into the realm of the greater life network that we are a part of. Surrendering is not giving up, it is giving in.

Life requires us to face the chaos of the times we are in. We do not have a choice as to when and how chaos arrives. It’s nature is one that life brings us regardless of our preference. Learning how to dance with the chaos rather then resist in confusion, allows us to minimize our suffering and dance into acceptance of what is.

How do you navigate chaos in your own life? Are you able to let go, when the truth of the moment breaks us apart? Harnessing the power of chaos invites us into the very element that empowers our greatest strength and allows us to transform our deepest wounds into our greatest strengths.

We will dance with the union of the yin and yang forces within. Releasing the power of the mind into the body brings the medicine of embodiment to one's whole being. It is here that we are able to unleash our creative forces into the majesty of the unknown. Letting go is a sacred task. It asks us to first recognize what we are gripping most tightly and then dance its opposite.
