DEEP DIVE is an invitation to immerse ourselves deeply in the practice of the 5Rhythms® and absorb the medicine each rhythm has to offer. Each rhythm is explored in depth, with time afterwards to integrate its teachings into our everyday lives.The first rhythm, Flowing, reveals how we relate to our body. How do we inhabit it? How do we listen to it?
The second rhythm, Staccato, explores how we relate to others and how we express ourselves in relationship.
Chaos, the third rhythm, teaches us to let go, release the mind, and loosen our identification with who we think we are.
The fourth rhythm, Lyrical, reconnects us with our essence, our soul, and the freedom of simply being.
And finally, the last of the 5Rhythms, Stillness, calls us home — to presence, inner peace, and the quiet at the heart of ourselves.
Each of the 5Rhythms® acts as a gateway and a catalyst for transformation, guiding us towards greater awareness, presence, and love for ourselves, for life, and for one another.
Each rhythm is a teacher, revealing what is alive within us. They teach us to embrace ourselves in our deeply unique nature and help us transform our resistance into fuel, allowing us to move forward with greater trust and confidence.
Deep Dive is an invitation to join two cycles of 5 workshops, each held over one afternoon and spread throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
By registering for the full cycle of 5 workshops, you have the opportunity to make up for any missed sessions during the second cycle.
You can also choose to attend a single workshop according to the theme that resonates with you.
However, it is recommended to follow the entire journey to truly experience the depth of this practice and discover its medicine in all its organic and universal structure.

5 Saturdays from 2 pm to 7 pm at Rue de Saint-Jean 1, 1260 Nyon (same venue as the Magic Sundays).

How much?
CHF 90 per workshop or CHF 400 for the full cycle of 5 workshops.
