Roots - Earth in motion
**1.Roots - February 4th - 6th @Wildways**
We all need ground to grow. Earth is the fundamental element for all life. To be alive is to be embodied, grounded in the body of our own being.
During this Imbolc weekend we will give attention to our bodies, to what is happening in the land around us and we will welcome the dance that connects all life. We will attend to what is taking root in this first season of the stirrings of spring and in our lives. Giving nourishment to ourselves and each other we will share in the generous community of dancers that always gather at Wildways for these 5Rhythms workshops.
Prices include all teaching, bookings, shared accommodation and facilities at the wonderful earthy Wildways retreat centre. We will have access to the land, to warm spaces, saunas, fires and facilities, food will be community 'bring and share'.
The price for the weekend is £225.

You are invited to join us through the unfolding of the seasons at the rustic and wonderful Wildways Retreat Centre. Its going to be a needed time of elemental re-connection and alchemical transformation as we support and grow together through the year.
Prices start at £850 for the whole journey and include all the workshops, facilities, booking fees and shared accommodation or camping. We will bring food to share in the community.
